My Story
During my past 11 years in the software engineering and web development industries, I handled hundreds of multimillion projects, working with large teams and servicing vast numbers of clients simultaneously. I success managed the partners to grow and expand their operations, be it a chamber of commerce networking investors with startups, or a government initiative organizing suppliers and delivery fleet in their logistics chain. I know how to initiate, plan and manage a project, how to develop schedules and budgets. Well experienced in monitoring and controlling project contracts, as well as the process behind analyzing risk. I’ll identify company performance measures that are based on the goals and objectives required to improve our performance. Will work with other managers and product owners ensuring services are balanced, prioritized, and customer satisfaction requirements are met. Will develop the ability to conduct a needs analysis discovering opportunities for new business process solutions.
Published 22 research articles about IT enterprise competitiveness management in dozens of R&D papers, featured in Time Magazine. Presented my discoveries through countless hackathons and think tanks, accumulated a fine YouTube library of interviews with successful CEO’s stories on using my findings. Personally led the business model integration into workflows of many IT offices around the world, owning the projects and wholeheartedly caring for them. As technology evolves and human ingenuity expands I continue to collect and share best practices from our dynamic front, with interactive graphics and precise steps for the achievement.
I hold 56 different IT certifications in the fields of management, software engineering, web development, sales, and marketing, from a wide variety of highly respected corporations like Google, Microsoft, LinkedIn, HubSpot, and more. I’ve completed PhD studies for Business, Trade and Exchange Activities and earned a title of a Doctor of Economics with a 3.9 GPA. Holding an MBA degree in Management and Administration, 3.8 GPA. My BA is in English Philology, honors 4.0 GPA. I’m a PMP certified project management professional, with a 6ΣBB certification of Six Sigma Black Belt. For community service I donate blood every 3 months to save the lives of our fellow citizens, with 34 total donations made.
