I was in charge of public relations campaign at the state university for Horizon 2020. Horizon 2020 is the biggest EU Research and Innovation programme ever with nearly €80 billion of funding available over 7 years (2014 to 2020) – in addition to the private investment that this money will attract. It promises more breakthroughs, discoveries and world-firsts by taking great ideas from the lab to the market. The campaign was a big success and Horizon 2020 approved our university for a partnership.

Volunteering

Blood Donor at General Hospital of Kavala

I donate blood every 3 months to save the lives of our fellow citizens, with over 30 total donations made. It’s the highest honor to be able to save a life of another person, I’m blessed to fit right in for this type of volunteering. This community service puts a big smile on my face, knowing that I make a positive difference for our city by playing a role to rescue a precious life that God gave us.
